What we collect

Information you send through our forms, portal and app: names, contact details, practice details, role, license and CPR information, resumes, availability and assignment details.

Photos. If you choose to add a profile or practice photo, we store it and show it to the practices or dental professionals you are matched with through Aligned. You can remove it at any time.

Card payments. Practices pay placement fees by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Your full card number goes to Stripe and never touches our servers. We keep only the card brand and last 4 digits, plus a record of each charge and receipt.

W-9 details. Practices give W-9 details (legal name, tax classification and taxpayer ID) for tax reporting. We keep them private and use them only for tax and billing records.

E-signature record. When you sign an agreement online, we keep a copy of what you signed with your typed name, the date and time, your IP address and your browser or device type. This shows who signed and when.

How we use it

To match dental practices with dental professionals for temporary assignments and permanent positions, to contact you about requests and assignments, and to bill and send receipts for placement fees.

Sharing

With the dental practice or dental professional involved in a match, and with service providers that help us run this site, our app and payments (for example, Stripe for card payments and our text and email providers). We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, you’ll get recurring messages from Aligned Dental Staffing about requests, assignments, your account and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We never sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Sign in to your portal on the website or in the app, scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your profile, contact details, photo, uploaded files and portal access right away. We keep a small set of records that the law or our agreements require: charges and receipts, signed agreements with their e-signature record, W-9 details, and the dates of past assignments. You can’t delete your account while you have an upcoming assignment; cancel it first or wait until after it is worked.
