Placement fee

$75 per day worked, charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed. Volume pricing (after 8 assignments in a month, each additional assignment is $50) is listed on our Rates page. Cancellations within 24 hours of the assignment: half the placement fee ($37.50). Sending the dental professional home: the full placement fee. Both plus any pay owed to the dental professional under California law. The full terms are in the Assignment Agreement you accept when you confirm an assignment.

Employer of record

The dental practice is the employer of record and pays the dental professional directly at the end of the day.

Permanent placement

$1,400 flat, with credit for placement fees already paid for that person.

Rewards

Reward amounts are suggested and may change. Credits apply to Aligned placement fees only and have no cash value. Bonuses for dental professionals are paid by Aligned.
