- Review and confirm. See their name, license and hourly rate before you confirm. The $75 placement fee is charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed. You pay the dental professional directly at the end of the day.
Do you cover Albany, El Cerrito and Emeryville?
Yes. Put your city on the request form. We reach out to dental professionals who work in Berkeley and the cities around it.
Our Berkeley practice is small. Is $75 a day still worth it?
If one hygiene day brings in more than the dental professional’s pay plus $75, filling the chair beats cancelling. Our home page walks through an example, and the fee is charged only once your assignment is completed.
What does dental staffing cost a Berkeley practice?
A $75 placement fee for each day worked, the same for every role, charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed. You pay the dental professional’s hourly rate directly at the end of the day, and you see that rate before you confirm. No subscription, and nothing at all if we cannot fill the assignment.
Who is the employer during an assignment?
Your practice is. We are a referral service: we find and verify the dental professional, and your practice is the employer of record for the assignment and pays them directly at the end of the day.
