Roles  ·  Registered Dental Hygienist

Temporary dental hygienists. Keep the hygiene book full.

Your patients booked their cleaning months ago. When your hygienist calls out, we reach out to licensed RDHs near your practice so you can keep the schedule instead of cancelling it.

How it works
  1. Request in a minute. Choose the role, date and start time. Booking again? Tap “same as last time.”
  2. We find your match. Dental professionals near your practice who fit your role and rate get your request, and we match you with the right one.
  3. Review and confirm. See their name, license and hourly rate before you confirm. The $75 placement fee is charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed. You pay the dental professional directly at the end of the day.

Questions
How do I get a temporary dental hygienist for tomorrow?

Fill out the short request form with the role, date and start time. We reach out to licensed hygienists near your practice, and you see who is coming, their license and their rate before you confirm. If we cannot fill it, you owe nothing.

What does a temporary hygienist cost?

The hygienist sets their own hourly rate within the Bay Area market range, and you pay them directly at the end of the day. Our placement fee is $75 per day worked, charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed.

Can a hygienist cover a maternity leave?

Yes. Request the days you need and we work to keep the same hygienist with you when we can.

Who is the employer during an assignment?

Your practice is. We are a referral service: we find and verify the dental professional, and your practice is the employer of record for the assignment and pays them directly at the end of the day.
