Do you verify RDA and RDAEF licenses?
Yes. We interview every dental professional, check references and verify their California license or permit on the DCA license search before a first assignment. You see it before you confirm.
Can I request an assistant for a specialty practice?
Yes. Note your specialty and the procedures on the request, and we look for a dental assistant with that experience.
What if the dental assistant cannot make it?
If a dental professional cannot make it, we work to replace them and you are not charged.
Who is the employer during an assignment?
Your practice is. We are a referral service: we find and verify the dental professional, and your practice is the employer of record for the assignment and pays them directly at the end of the day.
