Dental staffing in Walnut Creek. Covered from next door.
Walnut Creek sits right where I-680 meets Highway 24, which is good news when your assistant calls out at 6 AM. Dental professionals who live in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette and Danville can reach a downtown or Ygnacio Valley Road office without crossing a bridge.
- Request in a minute. Choose the role, date and start time. Booking again? Tap “same as last time.”
- We find your match. Dental professionals near your practice who fit your role and rate get your request, and we match you with the right one.
- Review and confirm. See their name, license and hourly rate before you confirm. The $75 placement fee is charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed. You pay the dental professional directly at the end of the day.
Do you have dental professionals who work near Walnut Creek?
Yes. We ask every dental professional which cities they will work in, and we reach out to the ones who chose Walnut Creek first. Neighbors like Concord, Pleasant Hill and Lafayette widen the circle when we need to.
Can a Walnut Creek practice cover a maternity leave?
Yes. Request the days you need, and we work to keep the same dental professional with you when we can. Each day worked is $75, charged only once the assignment is completed. If you decide to hire them, permanent placement is $1,400 flat, minus the placement fees you have already paid for that dental professional.
What does dental staffing cost a Walnut Creek practice?
A $75 placement fee for each day worked, the same for every role, charged to the dental practice only once the assignment is completed. You pay the dental professional’s hourly rate directly at the end of the day, and you see that rate before you confirm. No subscription, and nothing at all if we cannot fill the assignment.
Who is the employer during an assignment?
Your practice is. We are a referral service: we find and verify the dental professional, and your practice is the employer of record for the assignment and pays them directly at the end of the day.
